Medicine Hat Military Tattoo

The Kiwanis Club of Medicine Hat is hosting the first every Military Tattoo on Saturday May 5, 2018 at the Canalta Centre. This event is a demonstration of regimental bands, pipers, drummers, musicians, marching troops, dancers and singers of all-ages.
There will also be a static display of military equipment will be available for viewing outside in the Canalta Centre parking lot all day on Saturday.
This event is a major fundraiser for the Kiwanis Club with the local Health Foundation’s “neonatal unit” being the recipient of two-thirds (2/3) of the net proceeds. The other one-third (1/3) will go to the Kiwanis Club to continue their support of various community activities and projects.
Regimental military bands and pipe and drum bands, as well as the three high school bands, highland dancers, Medicine Hat TarTones, a Tattoo Choir, Midnight Taiko Japanese Drummers and the Calgary Youth Fiddle group are bound to entertain us from start to finish. The local South Alberta Light Horse (SALH) (Kiwanis) Army Cadet Corps, Medicine Hat Police Service, and BATUS are all ready to participate.
